At Balance in Motion, they focus on identifying the specific needs of their clients and creating programs that promote independence and assist with preventing falls and injuries. Falls are the leading cause of fatal and non-fatal injuries among older adults, and our current healthcare system is focused on being reactive rather than proactive. At Balance in Motion, they take a proactive approach to empower aging adults by equipping them with the tools they need to ensure independence and quality of life. They also believe that therapy should be available as a continued service for aging adults to assist in gaining and maintaining their strength, endurance, and balance.
