Traci Stivers is a dedicated and compassionate professional serving as the Director of Community Relations for BCW Workforce. Before joining BCW Workforce, Traci amassed an impressive thirteen-year tenure in local government. Through her extensive experience, she developed a deep understanding of community dynamics, local policies, and the importance of collaboration. 

Traci’s passion for community development further blossomed during her nine-year service on a local chamber board. It was here that she discovered her true calling – helping small business owners thrive and succeed. Through her unwavering commitment and strategic initiatives, she played an instrumental role in fostering a supportive environment for local entrepreneurs, championing their causes, and promoting economic growth.
